I know someone from Tamale, but who now calls Accra home (after spending time in both Norway and Tasmania studying).

He's always done a good job 'selling' Ghana to the world (as you do here on the blog)! Ghana has ten regions, with the three Northern regions being the biggest as a composite whole, and, sadly, the poorest. They are largely agricultural and agrarian; and the land is very vast, and in some parts, barren. The richest regions are Accra (the capital); the Ashanti region, which used to be a kingdom before the country's independence, and where battle was waged with the former colonisers tooth and nail, and which included a lot of gold and warriors.

Accra is also the smallest region.Emmanuel.K.Bensah IIhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18425904642659360906noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26927428.post-87878164310099252862008-10-28T02:40:00.000+00:002008-10-28T02:40:00.000+00:00Are the regions in Ghana equal with each other, or...Are the regions in Ghana equal with each other, or are there some poor ones and other wealthy one?Kris McCrackenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13789355638389350528noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26927428.post-67292375281584532702008-10-27T22:23:00.000+00:002008-10-27T22:23:00.000+00:00why, thankyou Elizabeth!why, thankyou Elizabeth!Emmanuel.K.Bensah IIhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18425904642659360906noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26927428.post-86689272677358688002008-10-27T22:21:00.000+00:002008-10-27T22:21:00.000+00:00This comment has been removed by the author.E K Bensah Jrhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14833512397359544828noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26927428.post-83370473920200526262008-10-27T22:00:00.000+00:002008-10-27T22:00:00.000+00:00I really enjoyed reading your blog and looking at ...I really enjoyed reading your blog and looking at the pictures.
