Anecdotal evidence has it that this nice-looking hotel belongs to the incumbent President's son. Elsewhere, they say it actually belongs to him! In 2005, a scandal borke out over this, and made headline news for weeks. Today, we officially know and accept it as the African Regency Hotel. In most Ghanaian minds, they know what they think!;-)
