Oh, the Accra Night Sky!
Many serious apologies, but this time, a busy week, coupled with times away from the office and the computer for workshops left, right and centre totally took my mind away from blogging. There's another meeting this week that spans three days, but I am endeavouring to buck the trend by blogging hopefully ahead of time.
I love this picture -- for the state of the evening sky, taken at the Accra Mall

Keep posting awesome photos like these and you'll be forgiven. ;-)

I've just arrived in Brussels from the U.S. and I am meeting a lot of Ghanians here. Is there a general reason why? I know DRC was a Belgian colony, but why Ghana?
And yes, that is a great picture.
Paz--many thanks:-)
Brian--I find that not too odd, on account of teh fact that though the Brits colonised Ghana, Ghanaians love to go to Netherlands, as there is a sizeable Ghanaian community there. Furthermore, if you know your BENELUX, you might understand why Ghanaians might see getting to Netherlands through Belgium as a good starting point through Europe--apart from the UK, where they are in their numbers, followed by Germany.
Hope this helps, as there are not that many international organisations of a Pan-African flavour in Brussels--save the ACP Group in Avenue Georges Henri--that would attract Ghanaians there.
What a great shot! So, you're forgiven!
