Probably modelled on McDonalds, you might not believe it if I told you that this Nigerian franchise has been in existence since the 70s, but recently opened in Ghana, totalling four.

Mr. Bigg's is Nigeria's first chain of fast food restaurants. Owned by conglomerate United African Company of Nigeria PLC, there are currently around 170 locations in Nigeria, including the country's first drive-through restaurant, with another four locations in Ghana[1].
The restaurant is styled after McDonald's, and is known for its red and yellow colour scheme and meat pies. Mr. Bigg's history begins with the coffee shops inside Kingsway Department Stores in the 1960s. In 1973, these shops were rebranded as Kingsway Rendezvous, which became Mr. Bigg's in 1986. The chain saw rapid expansion after becoming one of the first Nigerian companies to sell franchises to investors[2].
Mr. Bigg's specialty is the meat pie. A common lunch might also include scotch eggs, a sugared donut, chicken, and a soft drink. While western fare such as hamburgers are served, Nigerian delicacies such as jollof rice and moin moin are more popular. Birthday cakes are also a popular product, and Mr. Bigg's bakery offers cakes and pastries[3].

I wish to bring to notice of management of Mr.Biggs Restaurant about the way the workers are treated.One of the manageress at your circle branch by name Sheila is maltreating the workers.I have witnessed several of such incidence at the lobby.She used very harsh and provocative words on one of the waitress at the full glare of customers.How cld a worker work effectively in such a condition.The workers eat around 2:00pm and close at 11:pm.Do u xpect that worker to go back home at that to eat?.Considering the health hazards
involved in eating late.Those who try to wait a little bit and ear at 4:00pm in order to sustain them till 11:00pm are denied of their food.The workers have complained a lot and they work with bitter feelings.Sheila is gradually collapsing the industry.It's high time to take her thru simple managerial ethics and how to handle
workers.Without the workers,there is no way the company can survive.It has been her habit for a long time and it's time to bring her to order.Most of the experience workers have left to other companies becos of Sheila.The restaurant industry is very competitive and u cant afford to lose ur experience workers to ur competitors like that.
