Seeing as I was not blogging, insightful pictures like these failed to make entries. Well, with this New Year, you're getting it hot off the press...as it were...Whilst we are at it, anyone for Christmas hoods...for xmas 2008?;-). An itinerant vendor--looking not too merry -- is expecting you to ho-ho for a hood. Will you acquiesce to his unique style of selling--or suck his teeh (as Ghanaians are wont to do when annoyed at a quirk or forced to suffer fools gladly...)

Interesting. We also had several vendors like him this year on the roads. I don't remember seeing them before. The "spirit" of Christmas is catching up here very fast as there are more and more parties every year and people are drinking more and more as Indians shed their inhibitions and also leave their own traditions behind in a fast changing world.
