Emmanuel, this is very true. The idea behind this was really to capture what(we)British Council seek to achieve through all our programmes. The question is; by challenging or changing perceptions of people in Ghana and around the world how do we cause them to take action, form habits and live values that in then end determine destinies?.... of themselves, their communities and eventually the world. Pretty powerful stuff! Ghandi got it.
