In the meantime, let me present to you the NEW Ghana cedi. The pictures here are of the front and the back respectively (depending on what you consider the front, ofcourse!!). This new 20Ghana cedi (GHC20,00) is equivalent to old ç200,000 (two hundred thousand cedis). It is also equivalent almost to $20.00. In fact, if $1.00 is now GH0.92, or 92 Ghana pesewas (smallest denomination in coins), then we're looking at $21.73
