Hang on, where's that smile?These are relatively new bankers in the Ghanaian banking industry that enjoy having fully air-conditioned waiting rooms, with big plasma screens showing cable tv. At least, that was one experience had a few weeks ago!
On a serious note, their penchant for orange is worrisome if you dislike orange like the plague. Nonetheless, they do offer a very good service insofar as customer service is concerned.
